Welcome. I am a seasoned therapist who works with motivated professional adults experiencing grief/loss, transitions, relational conflict and recovery. I effectively treat those who are at a crossroad, feeling stuck, and/or need to process how to move through a particular life stage: single-hood, coupling, divorce, loss, bereavement and rebuilding. I am an existential therapist which means I help you make meaning through pain and create & live purposely. I help you process complicated feelings & events, overcome patterns of thinking and behavior possibly no longer useful when constructing your story. In session, you will feel heard, seen, challenged and ultimately empowered to recreate your life.
My style is reflective, guiding you to respect your physical & emotional sensations so you can better choose empowered responses rather than reactions. My bias is toward making meaning of past trauma, mistakes, and never wasting the opportunity to learn to ultimately deepening your values & purpose.
