As a trauma informed psychotherapist with a relational approach, I work collaboratively with clients to identify what is keeping you from living more fully so you can live a more integrated and healthier life.
I am a licensed psychotherapist, trained in EMDR and Brainspotting -trauma treatment approaches. I've studied Jung and have been practicing mindfulness meditation for 20 years, am trauma informed and have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training. For adolescents I often teach the tenets of DBT and coping skills. Walking and talking avail.
