Together we can use imagination, creativity, resourcefulness, mindfulness, and somatic practices, held in a therapeutic relationship for you to identify what is not serving you promote your growth, joy, health and alignment.
I am a licensed psychotherapist, trained in EMDR and Brainspotting -trauma treatment approaches. I've studied Jung and have been practicing mindfulness meditation for 20 years, am trauma informed and have completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training. For adolescents I often teach the tenets of Dialectical beh. and coping skills. Walking and talking avail.
