I believe in meeting people where they are at and helping facilitate growth with them. I believe that people need to feel heard and valued in order to see their own solutions and be empowered to make changes for themselves. I believe in humanity and valuing people, no matter their race, sexual orientation, religious/spiritual beliefs, gender-identity, socio-economic status, or anything else you deem important to you. I believe in understanding and communication between people and always strive to facilitate this.
I work in sexual health, believe strongly in the LGBTQIA+ community, and am a member myself. I support consensual non-monogamy, kink communities and am sex positive. I believe strongly that we can only use the tools we are given, learn or adopt over time and that striving for new and healthy learning is possible for anyone.
It's been a rough couple of years and feel more people are turning toward talking to a helping professional. Sometimes even just a few sessions can make a difference in how we see life's possibilities. I look forward to being a part of that journey with you.
