I am a straight, married, biracial woman who has extensive experience with the church (for better and for worse) and I am welcoming to people from all walks of life. Over the years, I have seen the power of physical, emotional, and spiritual self-care. In sessions, I primarily use a Person-Centered approach and customize it to the needs of each client.
I have a passion for meeting clients where they are and helping them to better know and accept themselves in order to reach their goals. I would love to connect with you to help you uncover and achieve yours. Starting this process is never easy, but I hope to make it as simple as possible for you.
