I'm an AASECT certified sex therapist and licensed couples therapist helping individuals and partners create more connected, pleasurable, and honest relationships. I specialize in sexual issues, couples conflict, and working with married couples on the brink of divorce through Discernment Counseling. I help individuals and partners struggling with mismatched libidos, low desire, sexual dysfunctions, sex pain, sexual performance issues, challenges with ethical non-monogamy or a desire to open up their relationship, sexual shame, recovering from a betrayal or affair, and out-of-control sexual behaviors (aka sex 'addiction.')

My style is warm, direct and goal-oriented. Every person and couple is different, so I don't use a one-size-fits-all approach. I pay close attention to what's happening between you — or within you — in real time and work with it directly.
