About
I offer a nonjudgmental space for your story to be heard so that we can uncover what is holding you back from living the life that you imagine. I will support you as we look with compassion at the mental habits, negative beliefs, and behavioral patterns that are causing you suffering. And I will teach you how to develop new habits and beliefs that support your well-being.
My areas of specialty include mindfulness and meditation, stress management, anxiety, illness, self-criticism, self-esteem, self-compassion, & pain. My therapeutic approach is tailored to your individual needs and may include somatic therapy, mindfulness therapy, MBSR, Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and therapeutic journaling.
You don't have to continue to allow your struggles to define you. You can rewire your brain for greater peace, happiness, and wellbeing.. I have been teaching mindfulness and offering counseling for 30+ years.
