Led by Caitlyn Ortis, this virtual coaching program provides structured support, accountability, and proven strategies so college students can move from surviving to thriving this semester. Participants will gain (1) personalized executive functioning strategies to manage classes and deadlines, (2) peer accountability through weekly check-ins + Discord community (3), tools to overcome procrastination and study smarter, (4) a supportive environment led by an EF & neurodivergent learner coach. The group will be run weekly, and date/time will be determined from expressed availability of those interested. Body Doubling
Great for help with executive function concerns, this Body Doubling group (led by Cailtyn) is a supports focus & accountability. During the hour, you'll (1) set clears goal for what to accomplish (2) work alongside others in a distraction-free virtual room (3) assess progress at the conclusion of session. This format allows participants to stay motivated with a professional executive function coach, who can step in with additional support, and also celebrate wins together.
