I work with a great variety of individuals from all walks of life. I hope to help you build the confidence and skills you need to manage the stressors in your world. Together we can work on reinforcing your strengths, and I can help you to learn new skills to be able to manage your troubles. Areas of clinical focus include (but are not limited to) Trauma, Anxiety, Panic, Adjustment to College or Work, Depression, ADHD, Anger Management, LGBTQIA+ concerns, Codependency, and Phase of Life issues. I work primarily with adults and also have specific training in trauma treatment (CCTP certification).

I hope to help you build the confidence and skills you need to manage the stressors in your life. It is my goal to provide a non-judgmental, safe environment to work on whatever is interfering with your happiness. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered approaches, but also integrate other interventions eclectically.

I enjoy bringing humor into our sessions, and look forward to having the opportunity to get to know you. We will work collaboratively to accomplish your goals. I hope to help you feel comfortable and supported throughout our time together, so you can work toward what's important to you.

Led by Caitlyn Ortis, this virtual coaching program provides structured support, accountability, and proven strategies so college students can move from surviving to thriving this semester. Participants will gain (1) personalized executive functioning strategies to manage classes and deadlines, (2) peer accountability through weekly check-ins + Discord community (3), tools to overcome procrastination and study smarter, (4) a supportive environment led by an EF & neurodivergent learner coach. The group will be run weekly, and date/time will be determined from expressed availability of those interested. Body Doubling

Great for help with executive function concerns, this Body Doubling group (led by Cailtyn) is a supports focus & accountability. During the hour, you'll (1) set clears goal for what to accomplish (2) work alongside others in a distraction-free virtual room (3) assess progress at the conclusion of session. This format allows participants to stay motivated with a professional executive function coach, who can step in with additional support, and also celebrate wins together. Sessions are weekly on Sundays 10-11am and/or Thursdays 4-5pm, offered in packages of 4 ($10 each). For more information: info@pkocounselingservices.com
