I help adults—including neurodivergent individuals—heal the deep-rooted patterns that keep them overwhelmed or stuck. Using EMDR and IFS, we go beyond symptom management to address the core wounds beneath anxiety, trauma, and emotional pain. My approach is warm, collaborative, and focused on creating lasting clarity and self-trust.
