Using EMDR and parts-based therapy (IFS), we work at the root so you can feel more connected, grounded, and like yourself again. You don’t have to keep holding it all together alone.

I help adults—including neurodivergent individuals—heal patterns that keep them overwhelmed or stuck. Using EMDR and parts-based therapy (IFS), we go beyond coping to work with both the parts that feel vulnerable and the ones that protect you—so you can feel more connected, grounded, and like yourself again.
