In my practice, the therapeutic relationship is the cornerstone of healing. I believe that genuine connection, trust, and collaboration between therapist and client create the ideal conditions for growth and transformation. Our therapeutic alliance will serve as a safe and supportive space where you can explore your deepest thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
My approach to therapy is characterized by intuition, compassion, and connection. I strive to connect with my clients on a deep level. Their thoughts, emotions, and experiences are met with genuine empathy and respect. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership, and I aim to show up as authentically as my clients do.
My passions lie in supporting folks struggling with anxiety, trauma, and OCD. I'm particularly drawn to working with adult children of 'emotionally immature parents', victims of narcissistic abuse, and parents of young children (0-5 years old).
