About
I have a collaborative and integrative approach to therapy that builds on each individual's inherent strengths, respecting self-determination, and being mindful of the impact of intersectional identities on mental health. I work to provide affirming and generative care with warmth and humor.
I am dedicated to supporting gender, sexual and relationship diversity (GSRD), providing LGBTQIA and kink affirming care. Other areas of interest include working with individuals experiencing life transitions, work/life imbalance, identity and/or relational concerns, depression, anxiety and/or individuals newly diagnosed with HIV/AIDS.
I know that finding a therapist can be challenging and time-consuming, both in terms of fit and logistics. For the most timely response to inquiries, please contact me via email and include the name of your insurance and your scheduling availability. While I am in-network with CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield, my panel is full at this time.
