Compassionate support to address the painful challenges of life - the most difficult things we face in life don’t have simple solutions; we need the right kind of help to find our way through. If you experience depression, anxiety, addiction, neurodiversity, or are a loved one of someone with these challenges, I can help. Your values and goals are important; it is never my role to tell you what to do. One of my favorite things is watching clients grow and their strengths emerge through the process of therapy. Clients see more of the good in themselves, which increases confidence and energizes healing.

As a specialist in trauma and addiction, people come to me with heavy burdens. With nearly 10 years of experience supporting a diversity of clients, I am a consistent source of compassion and research-based information. Recovery Group

This group provides a setting to explore self and relationships with a caring group of adults who are striving for a better life, including recovery from trauma and substance use (co-occuring). The group will also educate about the aspects of recovery, the impact of trauma, and the shame of addiction. This is not a 12 Step group and is not a replacement for intensive inpatient treatment, substance abuse counseling, or individual therapy. The group meets weekly, is open to new participants as openings permit, and is committed to helping each group member grow in recovery.

Wounded Healers Group

This is a group of clinicians seeking support for their work and personal lives, recognizing that they are wounded healers. Coming together as imperfect and successful therapists allows us to see where we have room to grow, what we can learn, and how much we have already accomplished. The group takes place online, every other Thursday morning, 8:30 (CST) for 90 minutes. A commitment to attendance is required to provide secure relationships, which promote vulnerability and courage. The usual fees apply to this group, including intake interview.
