Wherever you are in your therapeutic journey, my first goal is to offer a warm, empathetic space where you can be comfortable. I welcome individuals, couples, teens, families, and alternative relationships, and I am a long-practicing ally to BIPOC and LGTBQIA+ communities.
My therapeutic model is primarily Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT/EFCT) for relationships or individuals; also: Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), art therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). Working from a systems perspective, I recognize the power of relationships in promoting change. I work with individuals, couples, families and groups.
I find that clients change the most when they are in a space that is most comfortable to them, for that reason I offer both on site and telehealth services. I am client-centered and conversational in my approach, being flexible to fit the needs of each client.
