Pre-pregnancy, the fertility journey, infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and all aspects of motherhood and fertility hold a special place in my personal and professional heart. Growing your family is such a unique journey and the mental health journey along the way can be daunting. Support after birth is almost non-existent and I aim to change that.
Bringing home baby is incredibly daunting. If its your first baby, you can feel wildly out of your element and at a loss, if you have a medically fragile baby, each moment can feel unpredictable.
