I strive to cultivate the safest space for people to process all that the world throws their way. I honor that the therapeutic process includes genuine acceptance and a healthy dose of humor.
I consider myself fortunate to have worked with children, teens, and families for over the past 18 years. I love the ability to do play therapy with children in one session, to processing complicated trauma of intimate partner violence with an adult in the next session. I have a wide variety of clinical skills and tools that can help goals become achieved.
