As a couple, family, & individual therapist, I honor the importance of our inherent human need to be in fulfilling connection with others; and I recognize how difficult this can sometimes be. I specialize in IFS (parts work) and somatic psychotherapy, as well as couple, relationship, and family therapy using a systemic, liberation-rooted, neurodiverse- and queer-affirming, and BIPOC-allied framework.
