6/24: Accepting new clients!
Trauma can create barriers in relationships, emotional regulation, and even self-worth. I help clients identify and shift long-standing patterns shaped by past wounds. My approach is deeply rooted in understanding how trauma shapes not only individual experiences but also patterns across generations. I also work with clients who navigate neurodiversity, as trauma can often intersect with ADHD, autism, and other neurodivergent experiences. This unique combination requires a nuanced, understanding approach to healing that honors both trauma and the strengths of neurodivergent individuals.
Using EMDR and TF-CBT (Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), I guide individuals through the process of processing painful memories and emotions, helping to rewire the brain's response to trauma. These evidence-based methods allow clients to safely address trauma at its core, moving from survival mode to thriving and creating a sense of empowerment.
Whether you're struggling with the aftermath of trauma, navigating intense emotions, or working through relational patterns, my goal is to help you feel supported, and empowered as we work toward healing. Together, we can work to reclaim your life and rebuild a sense of safety, trust, and connection. Schedule a free consultation through our website!
