I value an integrative approach to clinical work with children, adolescents, and families. I have worked in community mental health for 13 years, and have a strong understanding of the system of care. I am committed to increasing therapeutic resources and opportunities for individuals in our community. My approach to therapeutic work is collaborative in nature, and client & family focused.
My therapeutic background and approach draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practice, solution focused therapy, health & wellness, trauma informed practice, and play therapy.
