Do you find yourself wanting to work on your relationship with yourself or others but you are not sure where to start? Are you tired of hearing a voice in your head that says you are not enough? Are you frustrated with being stuck in thoughts that prevent you from living the life you want? If any of those sound like you I would be honored to help! I believe that every person can benefit from therapy at times in their life and have a space that it exclusively theirs.
I am passionate about helping people create deeper, more meaningful relationships with things that they value the most in life. I am especially dedicated to working with adolescents and adults with eating disorders and body image concerns. I believe therapy is an effective tool to help us deal with the ups and downs life can throw at us.
I am proud to offer Family Based Treatment for Eating Disorders, otherwise known as FBT or Maudsley Method for adolescents and young adults. I would be honored to help you and your family get back to living the lives you deserve.
