I am passionate about facilitating opportunities for building resiliency and empowering clients to live in alignment with their values and to strive towards their goals and dreams. I am a dually licensed Clinical Social Worker and Clinical Addiction Specialist with over a decade of experience providing therapeutic support to individuals and families. I specialize in working with individuals who have challenges with depression, anxiety, interpersonal relationships, stress, life transitions, grief, and mood disorders.
I am dedicated to creating a safe, supportive space that fosters trust, compassion, curiosity, and hope for clients to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I utilize an integrative, strengths-based approach, drawing from cognitive behavior therapy, internal family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, and solution-focused techniques.
