I enjoy working with individual adults, couples and families. I have a specific passion and expertise in working with those who are going through life transitions, recovering from narcissistic abuse, or going through a divorce or separation. In addition to being a licensed therapist, I am a dually trained mediator and can help with parenting plans and other types of separation agreements.
I specialize in relationships and attachment. I'm very experienced in and enjoy helping folks with; life transitions, relationship trauma, self worth, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
I've lived many different roles in my life, the most life changing have been; Mother, Veteran and Divorcee. The experiences that I've had, both good and bad, have taught me so much about the beauty and the struggle of living, but also about the resiliency of humans.
