I enjoy working with older teens, adults, couples and families. I have a passion in working with those who are going through life transitions, struggling with anxiety/depression and/or low self worth. I also specialize in narcissistic abuse recovery, and divorce or separation. In addition to being a licensed therapist, I am a dually trained mediator.
I specialize in relationships and attachment. I'm experienced in and enjoy helping folks with; narcissistic abuse recovery, life transitions, relationship trauma, self worth, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.
