I don’t believe the goal is to avoid hard things—it’s learning how to adapt and move through them without constantly feeling overwhelmed or burned out. If you’re used to holding it all together on the outside while your mind runs nonstop on the inside, you’re not alone. I help people understand their patterns, feel more grounded, and handle things in ways that actually reduce the overwhelm instead of adding to it.
I help people who want more than just a place to vent—they want things to actually change. My style is collaborative, direct, and down-to-earth, with some humor when it helps. I focus on pattern recognition, practical skills, accountability, and grounding.
