I am a Licensed Professional Counselor providing online individual therapy. By using an eclectic approach with various treatment modalities, clients can process their current situations while also healing past experiences. I primarily use Cognitive behaviors Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) as well as trauma informed.
