Are you or your child going through really difficult circumstances? Are you feeling lost on your journey? I have worked with children, teens, and young adults in hospital, school, and foster care settings. I specialize in providing care for school issues, grief, trauma, anxiety, depression, as well as through medical experiences/chronic illness. My therapeutic approach prioritizes safety in relationships, understanding the ‘why’ behind behaviors, and helping individuals and families develop new ways to cope and find joy together. I use play, sand tray, movement, nature, art, and other expressive arts to meet folks where they are!
I believe that every person, at every age, is capable of healing and growth and that every family is doing something right - and it is my honor to walk alongside families as they navigate growing stronger together. In therapy, I’ll make sure to consider you or your child's unique personality, needs, and the experiences and meet you where you're at.
My goal is to provide a compassionate, well-rounded approach to therapy that empowers you and the entire family.
