The world can feel like a lonely place when you struggle with feelings of anxiety and depression. Maybe what you are feeling can’t be explained and no one knows how you feel. Throughout my career, I have worked extensively with individuals facing a spectrum of challenges, including Co-occurring disorders, Bipolar disorder, PTSD, Borderline Personality, Major Depressive Disorder, Generalized Anxiety, Agoraphobia, Schizophrenia, and Substance Abuse Disorder.
