Feeling like you're stuck in the same old patterns, no matter what you try? You're not alone, and you don't have to figure it out by yourself. I'm all in when it comes to supporting my clients. My style is relational, down-to-earth, and honest. I work with individuals and couples who are looking for deeper, more connected relationships. I’m especially passionate about helping people heal from developmental trauma and attachment wounds. I also enjoy working with neurodivergent clients to help them better understand themselves and build coping strategies that truly fit who they are.

I have training in Developmental and Relational Trauma Therapy (DARTT), Somatic Attachment, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Radically Open DBT, CBT, and the Gottman Method for couples. I have experience working with anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, PDA Autism, suicide, self-harm, trauma, BPD, parent coaching, and couples issues.

I believe therapy should balance feeling understood with learning practical tools. Genuineness, curiosity, and compassion guide my work. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I deeply respect the courage it takes to share your story. It’s an honor to be invited in as a witness to your growth.
