Unresolved experiences/childhood traumas can surface in self-defeating or destructive behaviors. I am here to support you in gaining insights and learning coping skills/strategies that could help you manage the emotional and psychological challenges.
I offer talking Therapy using Motivational Interviewing and CBT to create and maintain a professional relationship, identify self-defeating behaviors and thought patterns, and foster hope for achieving sustainable behavior change. Together, we'll apply DBT to regulate intense emotions and identify self-destructive behaviors to manage relationships.
I create a safe, professional environment and a working relationship built on respect, trust, and professional ethics to help you develop practical coping skills to manage emotions, gain insight, and work through emotional and psychological challenges.
