This virtual bi-weekly process group is for adult women who are interested in connecting, learning and identifying with other women in a supportive and therapeutic setting during all phases of life. The group allows a safe place for women to be authentic with their individual challenges, a place for them to offer and receive support, education and develop skills to utilize in their daily lives.
