I am here to encourage you to explore your joy, challenge areas where you struggle to connect and create a path to a life that is full of resonance and enthusiasm. I strive for a practice that finds the humor in life and helps client ask themselves difficult questions about their inner world and society with the support of a trained teammate. I offer my skills as a doctoral-educated, human being who will be open to discussing oppression, class, race and the queering of gender, sexuality and relationships.
I specialize in oppression-based trauma, PTSD, neurodivergence and creative-mind management. I additionally enjoy working with parents, provide interpersonal skills support, and offer assertiveness training and groups. In my free time you might find me attempting a gravity-defying stunt dancing Lindy Hop or enjoying chill time with my Jack Russell Terriers!
