I take a warm, holistic approach that blends Person-Centered, CBT, mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused methods. I help clients move from conflict to connection with deeper understanding and resilience. In addition to therapy, I serve as Clinical Director and Supervisor at Piedmont Counseling Collective in Charlottesville and Richmond.
