Hi, I’m Jelysa—founder of Take 2 Counseling, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, wife, and mom of two. Being a therapist is a huge part of who I am, but so is my family. Juggling real-life responsibilities, caring for others, and trying to stay grounded in the middle of it all gives me a deep understanding of the daily pressures many of us face—especially young women who are trying to find their footing in a fast-paced world. Growing up as the daughter of a therapist, I was surrounded by empathy, connection, and emotional awareness from an early age.
I offer counseling to those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, loss, and interpersonal challenges. I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches, customizing methods to meet your unique needs. My goal is to ensure that you feel fully supported and guided as you navigate your personal journey toward healing and growth.
