I will create a safe space for you to Increase your confidence as a mother while learning to calm anxious thoughts, to add coping skills and find small snippets for relaxation/grounding exercises. You will begin to understand how your thoughts are impacting your behaviors and overall functioning.
See yourself stopping in a quiet spot in target to feed or calm your nervous system and your child without thinking about other’s judgment. Hear yourself responding to anxious thoughts with a gentle understanding and validation that gives them space but does not allow them to take over your day. Feel yourself taking a deep breath and slowly starting again.
