If you are struggling in certain areas of your life, I'm here to help facilitate working towards some resolution. Sometimes it can be difficult to understand why we continue to feel a certain way, or how we keep finding ourselves in the same situations over and over again feeling disconnected from our own life and the people around us. Through our work together we can identify all of those areas and develop tools and techniques to better navigate them and improve our overall quality of life. As a South Asian man I also create space to incorporate work around identity, systemic impact and a macro lens if that feels relevant.
