I offer in-person and tele-counseling services to clients who are motivated to address issues impacting their lives and relationships with others. I treat adults with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, life stresses, phase of life issues, parenting struggles, adjustment issues, and post-divorce counseling.

I offer tele-counseling sessions tailored to meet the needs of clients with busy lives and want to attend therapy in the comfort of their own home. I help to create a unique "road map" for the client based on his or her goals for therapy.

Tele-counseling sessions are offered in the evenings and on Saturday mornings to any resident of the State of California. I also assist in locating resources for clients in their particular area of California and usually provide those resources to the client via email within 24 hours of the client's session or request.
