I specialize in the treatment of anxiety disorders and OCD using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT). These treatments help the participant to identify unhealthy thoughts and behaviors, clarify their personal goals and values, and make tangible behavioral changes.
I have a wide range of experience in the mental health field: I've had the privilege of working with clients from all walks of life, I've taught graduate-level therapy courses, and I've created training workshops for other therapists.
