As a compassionate psychotherapist, I am here to help you navigate the difficult feelings that you may be having to stay present in the world today. As a clinician that has been practicing for over 30 years, I have learned that all behavior has meaning. Through the use of cognitive and experiential interventions, we can utilize your current resources and strengths to make meaning of your experiences and utilize them to propel you forward in life. I have worked with adolescents, adults and children throughout my career. I am very passionate about mental health and have been an advocate for our most vulnerable communities.
My specialty is with individuals who have experienced trauma in the past and is creating problems today. Together, we can process past experiences, make meaning of those experiences and how they may be impacting your success today. I am certified in a number of therapeutic modalities which we will tailor to your individual needs toward achieving wellness.
I think it is critical to actively listen and help my clients realize their potential. My approach is Reflective; meaning, helping you understand the issues and finding the solutions with you. I am passionate about making sure my clients know they have an ally in their corner. Please feel free to reach out to me so we can discuss your individual needs.
