I work primarily with gay men navigating dating, relationships, intimacy, confidence, anxiety, workplace burnout, and major life transitions. I also support clients exploring leather and kink communities, ethical non monogamy, polyamory, and other non traditional relationship structures. Together, we'll make sense of what's keeping you stuck and help you build a life that feels more authentic, connected, and fulfilling.

My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. As a gay, biracial man, cancer survivor, former corporate executive, and member of the leather community, I bring lived experience alongside clinical training. I help clients navigate relationships, identity, burnout, confidence, intimacy, and life's unexpected transitions.
