I work with gay men, professionals, and creative types who may be accomplished on the outside but feel stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected underneath. You may be navigating anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship patterns, workplace stress, burnout, or a major life transition. Perhaps a career, relationship, illness, or unexpected change has left you questioning who you are or what comes next. Together, we'll make sense of what's happening, understand the patterns keeping you stuck, and help you reconnect with your confidence, relationships, and sense of self.

As a gay, biracial therapist, former entertainment executive, and cancer survivor, I bring clinical training and lived experience to our work. I'm an active, engaged therapist integrating Narrative, Psychodynamic, and CBT approaches, with particular experience in LGBTQ+ issues, workplace adversity, burnout, relationships, identity, and cancer recovery.

I know firsthand that life can change in ways you never planned for, and that finding your footing again isn't always easy.
