My clients receive the benefit of evidence-based practices including cognitive therapies, family of origin based modalities, EMDR, and motivational interviewing. In addition, I am a certified Meadows trained therapist and apply their trauma informed model which is an extremely effective paradigm in the resolution of trauma and dysfunction.
