I specialize working with individuals over the age of 13 and in couples therapy. Working from a trauma-informed perspective, I believe your past, present, and future play a role in your process. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral, Narrative, Family-System, and Psycho-Dynamic therapies to help you on your journey.
