About
Hello, my name is Dr. Jeff Raemer and I am a postdoctoral fellow passionate about helping you reach your potential. I have my Doctorate of Psychology in Counseling Psychology and work hard to help people reach their goals and identify their values in life. Prior to my graduate education, I earned a BA in Business Administration with emphases in Finance, Economics, and Tax Accounting. I then owned a business for 30 years and was involved in leadership development before transitioning into the field of psychology, and am thereby equipped to assist various professionals to reach their full potential.
In addition to Peak Performance work, I also specialize in a wide range of addiction challenges (including but not limited to, substance use disorders), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, and combat or non-combat related trauma. I aim to approach each person as an individual, listening closely to what you want most out of therapy and working together.
I tailor your treatment specifically to you and most frequently utilize Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I look forward to working together!
