Hi there, if you are wanting to work on emotional issues related to depression, trauma, medical issues, addiction, or anxiety? We can work together to address these issues. I work with people to meet their goals around these issues using a person centered approach, utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and provide a safe and supportive environment to work with you .

I have training in ART to treat trauma, experience working in a mental health and substance abuse program for 22 years, and in private practice for over 10 years. I have experience in Emergency Department settings, and Oncology clinics as well. I have worked with couples and families during this time also and have experience in family systems.

I work both in Savage/Prior Lake area and Northfield Mn. I work 9am to 8pm Monday thru Friday.
