I’m a therapist who combines EMDR, breathwork, and nervous system tools to help people move past the things that have been weighing them down, not by talking in circles, but by giving your brain and body real ways to process and heal. Most of my clients are surprised by how much can shift when you have some room to breathe.
I’m warm, humor-forward, and I’ll push you when you need it. I also work with teens, people navigating faith crisis or transitions, and neurodivergent individuals — because everyone deserves a therapist who gets where they’re coming from. We go at your pace, but we don’t stay stuck. The goal is always forward movement, even when it’s small.
