I addition to serving them in a mental health setting, I am trained extensively to work with children and adolescents. I was an elementary teacher and a special education elementary and high school teacher. In addition, I am passionate about helping those who are struggling with trauma be they children and adolescents or adults. I also spend a lot of time with my cleints searching for the loss of self-worth due to traumatic events. I also run men's groups in which men get to have difficult conversations about mental health and the struggle related to being a man in today's world.
I specialize in trauma, suicidal ideation, and those struggling with self-worth issues. I also help with the emotions that come along with trauma and self-worth issues including depression, anxiety, and anger.
