I help people work through relationship issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and addictions which usually stem from events or traumas.
I specialize in Trauma and Addiction by helping you understand your story and how our narrative is playing a role in life. This is done through different forms of therapy including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative therapy. Through this process, you can discover what influences these behaviors that you want to change and how to manage that change.
If you are skeptical of therapy, I get It, therapy is hard, but in order to change we need to face those hard places. My style of therapy includes times of humor while staying on track with your goals for therapy. I provide a safe place for you to share what ails you through this process of connecting deeply at a personal level.
