I am happy to be of service to anyone that is struggling to enjoy their lives. Who are, simply, unhappy & don’t feel like they have anyone they can comfortably share with. Today fear & anxiety are everywhere & interferes with day-to-day life in many many ways. These challenges may come from any number of situations—family, jobs, trauma & sexual, or situational), poor self-image, world events, feelings of inadequacy, fear of any number of daily situations. Feeling powerlessness can be quite simply, terrifying. I have considerable experience working with people suffering from substance abuse, indecision, self control & insecurity.
I have over 20 years of experience helping with just such issues. A number of interventions are employed—Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Unconditional Positive Regard, Brief/Solution Focused Therapy; meditation/mindfulness training, creative visualization, reframing, and trauma work—among others. Interventions are personal and developed with your involvement.
