I approach your treatment with the curiosity to find out what event(s), memories have not been fully healed. I then coach you to learn how to find out what needs your attention and show you how to heal .
My expertise is with Internal Family Systems therapy and E.M.D.R. These approaches are designed to treat both trauma as well as the broad array of symptoms people experience in their daily lives. Both approaches go well beyond talk therapy for a more in depth treatment of the presenting issues. Best part, they really work.
