About
Often when we are struggling with a concern or difficulty in living, we can't help but feel as if we are stuck in a pattern that feels too daunting to make our way out of, even if we have a sense of what it takes to live differently. These patterns frequently maintain themselves in large part because of a lack of resources -- whether it is time, strained relationships, or unmet needs. Attempting to regain these resources can be difficult if done alone.
I work from an integrative perspective, incorporating psychodynamic and behavioral approaches to meet you where you are, help make sense of unwanted patterns, and move toward a more fulfilling and flexible life. Exploration and processing of one's history, relationships, and ways of coping often provide insight and a roadmap to move forward.
I am currently a psychotherapist at Greene Clinic. If you would like to schedule a screening at Greene Clinic, please contact (646) 470-1853. You can also visit Greene Clinic's website at www.greeneclinic.com
