My theoretical approach is mostly Cognitive Behavioral Therapy also drawing from many other theoretical models to achieve the best possible results for my clients who may be faced with addiction, irrational fear, depression, anxiety, PTSD or phase of life challenges. I have an engineering background which equips me to solve problems in a complex environment.
Much of my approach to the challenges of life are from a Biblical world view. I place a high value on ethics, honesty and openness. Above all else, I want to help individuals past the “rough spots” in life toward a better, healthier tomorrow.
