About
Psychotherapy is for everyone. You do not have to wait until your life falls apart to seek help. In fact, many of us will never experience a mental health crisis. But that doesn’t mean that we cannot benefit from therapy. Things are going well but you want to learn how to live your best life? Things aren’t going so great and you want to get back to where you were before Covid? Things went south and you really need some help? No matter where you are on this spectrum, therapy IS for you. Whether you are seeking Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy or traditional talk therapy, I’m here and ready to help. Let’s get started. You deserve this.
In addition to traditional Psychotherapy, I also offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for those clients who may benefit from this specialized approach to healing. I use a variety of different modalities, including somatic awareness, guided visualization, and mindfulness-based therapy to offer you the best opportunity that I can to restore your full health.
Asking for help is an amazingly brave step to take. We unfortunately live in a world where handling everything by ourselves is applauded. But sometimes we just need someone else with us to navigate a difficult experience. That’s why I’m here. I provide a judgement free, compassionate space to open up and begin healing. You do not have to do this alone.
