I am a Licensed Psychologist, with extensive training and experience aimed at helping people confront and address their current life concerns in order to live a more values oriented life. I mainly use Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) within a relational framework to help clients meet their treatment goals.
My previous professional experiences include: being a cancer hospital chaplain, crisis worker, university counselor, community mental health, and inpatient substance use facility therapist.
Through evidence based psychological interventions I help people navigate:
rumination (overthinking), depression, anxiety, unresolved grief, as well as a variety of issues particular to men.
It is my goal to provide an environment and presence where you can share and process your disappointments and pain, while also making room to explore your hopes and dreams for the future. I am available for both in person as well as a secured tele-health platform depending on your comfort and needs. I am accepting new patients.
