With 20 years of experience in the field, I haven't "seen it all," but it's pretty safe to say I've seen MOST of it. And, since I do (almost) ALL initial consultation appointments myself (which are always complientary!) you'll have my support and collaboration from Day 1 - so we can make sure we get you the best possible fit the first time around.
Sometimes that means working together (with me). Sometimes it means matching you with someone on our team who’s especially suited to what you’re carrying. Either way, you don’t have to figure it out alone.
Therapy shouldn’t require you to diagnose yourself before you begin. You just have to start with, “Something’s not working.”
